RE: Midazolam Injection USP 1mg/mL in 100 mL ready-to-use bags – DIN 02498022 – GTIN: 07540178000349

To follow up on our communication of January 7, 2021, we wish to inform you that the GTIN in the GS1 DataMatrix barcode of our Midazolam Injection USP 1 mg/mL in 100 mL bags, product code FBCA4003F, has now been corrected (see the red circle in the image above).
Remember that the GTIN in the GS1 DataMatrix barcode of the perfusion bag (primary packaging) of Midazolam Injection USP 1 mg/mL in 100 mL bags was matching that of the Morphine Sulfate Injection USP 1 mg/mL in 100 mL bags, product code FBCA4006F.
